Mission proposée
Under the responsibility of the General Service Manager, your mission will consist in leading the Travel Agency department of the group Amaris
Your main missions & responsibilities will be to:
Recruit, manage & train travel agency team members
- Identify the most efficient and cost effective solutions to optimize the travel expenses of the group trips, including planes, hostels, cars(…)
- Be proactive & involve your team in the constant improvement of our current travel application and processes
- Manage prioritize within your department
- Be responsible of the accurate follow up & re-invoicing of all travel expenses to the group’s subsidiaries
- Deliver maximum level of service to all employees of the group thanks to the professionalism of your team members and efficiency of your communication skills
- Be guarantor of the positive image and level of service delivered by the group’s travel agency
According to your involvement and skills, you will be able to actively take part to the development of our Travel agency SST Events Experiences which works with our external clients
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
Fully proficient on Amadeus (ticketing, grouping, invoicing…) + Fluent level in English are mandatory
You are graduated, ideally in tourism or similar studies; You are interested in developing a career in the travel agency & touristic sectors
Ideally you have a previous experience on a travel agency or tour operator
You are dynamic and have good communication skills and wish to develop yourself in a fast growing international environment.
