MISSION
As Sustainability Officer, your mission is to help the company define, execute and track the impact of its sustainability program.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Join the Direction in brainstorms regarding our sustainability commitment.
- Assist the Direction in defining a sustainability program that is aligned with both our DNA and our line of activities.
- Prepare a strategic plan for the short term launch and long term implementation of our sustainability program.
Execution
- Review, select and approach NGO’s to support.
- Closely work with the communication department to communicate smartly about our program (avoiding the pitfall of greenwashing).
- Closely work with the General Managers and Sales Managers to ensure a deep internal understanding of the program and the commitment of the teams towards it.
- Represent us and attend events with our sustainability partners.
Analysis
- Follow-up the impact of our sustainability actions.
- Send reports of the actions on a regular basis
