Mission proposée
Starting with an internship that can lead to a contract of a longer duration, and under the responsibility of the General Services Manager, your mission will consist in creating a Purchasing department in Asia in order to answer the groups Worldwide needs. You will be in charge of performing needs analyses, negotiating various service provisions, contractualizing the purchase and monitoring that the contracts are enforced and the orders are fulfilled.
- Defining processes, auditing the existing ones, implementing a strategy, identifying quick wins, mapping etc…
- More particularly, you will be in charge of negotiating, listing and deploying IT agreements (hardware and software), VoIP and mobile Telecommunications, Office Management contracts: Office Lease contracts, furniture, cleaning services…
- According to the activity and your performance, the tasks could be extended to other purchasing segments.
- Manage RFI-RFPs from A to Z autonomously
- Recruit & manage your future team members in order to answer our rampant need
- Daily manage internal & external stake holders
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
Studying at a Business or Engineering School, you have ideally already had a first professional experience in the field of purchasing. Strong negotiation skills are mandatory.
You master office tools and you have specialized knowledge of the purchasing process.
You have a perfect command of the French and the English language.
