Job Description
Starting with an internship that can lead to a contract of a longer duration, and under the responsibility of the Purchasing Manager, you will work on matters pertaining to the Group’s Executive Management, as well as our various offices in Europe and abroad. You will be in charge of performing needs analyses, negotiating various service provisions, contractualizing the purchase and monitoring that the contracts are enforced and the orders are fulfilled.
Defining processes, auditing the existing ones, implementing a strategy, identifying quick wins, mapping etc…
More particularly, you will be in charge of negotiating, listing and deploying IT agreements, Travel, Transportation and Hotel Agencies, fixed and mobile Telecommunication, Purchasing services…
After that, according to the activity and skills, the tasks could be extended to other purchasing segments.
The first part of your mission (3-6 months) will take the form of a training session in Brussels or Madrid; after that, you will be based in Mexico.
Ideal Candidate
You master office tools and you have specialized knowledge of the purchasing process.
You have a perfect command of the Italian/Portuguese + English languages.
