Mission proposée
As a part of an internship you will be under the responsibility of the Purchasing Manager and will work for all the subsidiaries of the group.
You will be in charge of the needs analysis, negotiation of various benefits and variety of contracts for the purchase and monitoring the execution of orders & contracts.
Your main tasks will be:
- Process definition, audit of existing, strategy development, identifying quick wins, mapping etc ...
- Negotiation, optimization and deployment of Computer agreements, Travel Agents, Transportation & Hospitality, Telecom fixed and mobile shopping services
- Depending on the activity and capacity, your missions may be extended to other segments of purchases.
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
Master student from Business School or Engineering, you ideally have a first experience of at least 6 months in the area of procurement.
You master Office tools and you have specific knowledge in the purchasing process.
Good presentation, you are a disciplined and organized.
You respond quickly to problems and know to share your expertise.
You speak perfectly (Italian OR Spanish OR Dutch OR German) and English, any other language is considered an advantage.
