WE ARE LOOKING FOR OFFICE MANAGERS ASSISTANT INTERN and MANAGEMENT CONTRACT COORDINATOR - We need PEOPLE starting in December SO please, look at all DESCRIPTIONS below:

A-OFFICE MANAGERS ASSISTANT INTERN-Learn everything about a company- help us organize!

As an Office assistant you will be in direct contact with our clients and owners, which means managing our most important owners and our management contract owners too. For this position you must be detail-oriented, good at multitasking and persistent with good management skills. In addition, you will be in charge of your own schedule, so you need to be organized. You will speak Spanish every day and improve your communication skills. Also, you will learn all aspects of the company, working alongside the general manager and so will have to have a complete overview of all the daily tasks. You will also do some flat finding. Fixed salary and then commission based per flat find.

Note:
This position could also include HR: Hiring new interns and building partnership with universities and companies, and flats finding.

You have to be ready to work in weekends and holidays according to office hours below:
Office hours: Full time, Monday - Thursday from 09.00 to 17.00 with two late shifts a week (12:00-19:00) and Friday 09-17.00 This position also requires you to work a maximum of two Saturdays per month from 10.00 to 14.00. You will work a maximum of 40 hours a week

Compensation: Fixed salary of 200€/month including 6 flat finds in total plus 10% commission of any rental deal. You can take all Flat Finds coming to our inbox!

B-Management contract coordinator

As a management contract coordinator you will have a lot of responsibilities and will be in direct contact with owners, clients and lawyers. You need to be organised and fluent in spanish.
This position involves carrying out any jobs that our management contract owners may need doing that pertain to the apartment. A management contract is a contract signed by an owner who doesn’t want to or is unable to take care of their apartment personally. With this contract, Casamona takes responsibility for dealing with any problems that may arise in the apartment.
For this position you must be detail-oriented, good at multitasking and have persistently good management skills. In addition, you will be in charge of your own schedule, so you need to be organized. You must have an affinity for problem solving and negotiation.
