Mission proposée

Ampersand World is looking for a truly exceptional bilingual junior Office Manager to join our team. A good opportunity to jump in a challenging and very demanding position.

Your Mission
- Managing and filtering all telephone calls, welcoming candidates and guests
- Coordination/organization of marketing tasks and events
- Supporting the internal HR activities (LPP, insurances….)
- Travel organization
- Invoicing, follow-up and classification of the accounting and account receivables
- Office management: ordering all office supplies, booking restaurants, meeting arrangements…
- Archiving
- Monitoring relations with various suppliers
- Assisting the management when required

Profil recherché et exigences du poste

- Bachelor or Master degree in Hospitality or Business
- Good command in English and French, another language is appreciated
- Excellent command of MS office, other a plus
- Outstanding communication skills and a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
- Proactive, independent and at ease dealing with high level contact
- Rigorous and efficient
- Mature with a good sense of humour
- Excellent presentation
- Picture mandatory
