Mission proposée
You will work under the responsibility of the General Services Manager and will be in charge of the global real estate strategy of the group.
- Benchmark market price evolution and compare to our current rental level
Manage all the office projects of the group Amaris (office moves and/or extensions):
- Need definition with our directors / sourcing / price studies & comparison / recommendations (…)
- Organize all the logistic & communication aspects with all departments involved (Finance, Legal, Marketing, Purchasing…)
- Research & reference providers to enable all our employees to work autonomously and in good conditions (Internet providers, office furniture, electrician, cleaning company…)
- Manage priorities by:
- Focusing efforts on most important schemes
- Deliver key data & dashboards to the attention of top Management in order for them to easily take the good decisions related to the group office strategy
- Take part to the development of our application enabling to monitor all KPIS & key information related to our offices
- Recruit, train & manage your future team members in order to answer our rampant needs
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
You are graduated from a business or engineering school and you are looking for a full time position.
You are an organised and rigorous person, with a certain taste for quality in work. Young and dynamic, you want to blossom contributing to a company in full expansion. You are able to react quickly in front of problems and like to share your knowledge, your know-how and your point of view.
You will receive a personal training during your integration period in the company.
You have to master English and ideally another language (German, Spanish or French).
