You join Amaris to help the company get international / national / business specific Quality
Accreditations (ISO9001V2008 extension, ISO27000,…) . Your main tasks will be :
External study
- Overview of international / national / business specific Quality Accreditations and main
requirements
- Ranking by complexity
- Competitor policy overview (by country)
- Main industry trends
- RFI (European level) to identify potential accreditation suppliers
Internal study :
- Amaris needs mapping globally / by country / by business / by delivery model
- Drivers identification (customer impact) ; opportunity assessment
- Amaris existing accreditable procesus
- Consolidation of available resources (documents, process, manuals, functionnal IT
specifications,…)
Target(s) selection :
- Perimeter : organisation, geography, legal entities
- Target process / Accreditation(s)
- Identification of target deliverables and organization
- Planning and cost estimation of targeted projects
Realization :
- Process writing
- Documentation repository / referential set up
Training material writing in english
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
Student for master degree in quality or engineering, you have a good level in MS Office and Internet.
Your English is fluent in professional, spoken and written. You are also ready to travel when necessary.
