We are currently looking for a talented candidate for a six-month internship in the Human Resources Department. Within a highly dynamic and international environment, the candidate will support the team in all daily recruiting, talent acquisition and employer branding activities.
Main Tasks
* CV screening and selection
* Skype and Live interviews
* Organize and plan interviews with candidates and hiring managers
* Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* External and internal job posting
* Track and analyse recruiting data
* Partecipate in the organisation and execution of job fairs or other recruitment-related events.
* Create employer branding materials
* Implement the global employer branding strategy locally
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
* BSc/MSc in Business/ Economic/ Humanistic studies
* Passion for HR related topics
* Previous HR experience, is a plus
* Good interpersonal skills
* Team player
* Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
IT Skills:
* Excellent PC command (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
Languages:
* Proficiency in English and French. Other languages are a plus.
