- Managing and creating content for multiple Social Media accounts and posting according to the schedule. - Generate potential leads through SEM and Key Words. - Improving our website SEO and producing high quality backlinks. - Conducting analytic reports using Google Analytics and other tools. - Monitoring website performances. - Assisting with Digital Marketing campaigns. - Monitor, review and provide content for the company newsletter. - Assist with Campaign videos and creating video content. - Writing articles or blogs. - Improving Brand awareness locally. - Designing and developing line cards, flyers and Posters. - Carrying out research projects on the industry and our competitors.
Customer care:
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls • Generate sales leads • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies • Take the extra mile to engage customers • Demonstrates technical selling skills • Complete understanding of pricing and quotes process • Work closely with colleagues and management to provide clients with most efficient and professional service possible • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities

Human resources:
• Source new candidates • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications • Build rapport and understanding with candidates that the company represents • Assist promoting the company’s services to candidates • Build and maintain Database of candidates • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule
Logistics:
• Coordinate the transport from the vendors to the customers. • Track the goods • Purchase requisition support • Follow up daily deliveries and inventories • Customs compliance: Support preferential origin calculation for free trades agreements • Provide freight costs from expeditors (UPS, DHL...)
Accounting:
• Preparing and assisting with monthly management report analysis • Assisting with Book-keeping, administrative requirements and procedures • Analysing account information • Preparing salaries for the employees • Documenting financial transactions • Recommending financial actions by analysing accounting options • Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents • Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures • Support in the review of month-end financial statements including any unusual gross profit levels and notifying supervisor of any unusual items
Business developer:
• Demonstrate technical selling skills • Work closely with colleagues and management to provide clients with most efficient and professional service possible • Good communication skills especially handling emails • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls • Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in increasing market share globally • Demonstrate the ability to gather order information and submit detailed information for processing orders
IT:
• Assist the IT Manager with the delivery of all aspects of ongoing IT development • Maintain IT Infrastructure, incl. Servers, PCs, Printers, Software, Telephony System, etc. • Provide IT support to internal users • Help to develop company websites, including SEO optimization, UI and other features • Updating or editing online content, create AdWords campaigns and email campaigns • Managing digital marketing plans that will increase web traffic and customer engagement • Research new technology and implement it or recommend its implementation.
Purchasing:
• Locating products • Negotiate pricing, recognize market trends and in-demand items • Developing and maintaining business relationships with Vendor Reps. • This position interfaces internally with the Sales Department and externally with Vendor Reps. Applicant should be able to work well with others, and must be detail orientated
