Mission proposée
Main Tasks
* Support the roll out of Share Point (Legal Repository System) for OS procurement Packaging;
* Collect the data for the harmonization of the MRP purchasing parameters in collaboration with CMM;
* Support in the collection and verification of the source data for the evaluation of the suppliers performance (KPIs);
* Support the categories (Flex and Alu) in the spend analysis.
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
Profile
* BSc/ MSc student or graduate in Business Administration/ Economics/ Engineering or related fields
* Previous internship experience in a MNC is considered as a plus;
* Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills;
* Flexibility and adaptability;
* Proactivity.
IT Skills
* Very good skills in MS Offfice (especially in excel);
* Relevant experience with SAP;
* Share Point system (Contract repository tool) knowledge is considered as a plus.
Languages
* English is mandatory;
* Any other European language is a plus.
