In this internship, you will be involved in
1. Estimating the value of an existing real estate portfolio which has the following kinds of properties:
Residential in Sydney
Commercial in Sydney
Residential in USA
2. Researching potential new properties to expand portfolios (Australia and internationally)
3. Support with financing administration and comparisons
4. Researching market rents and suggesting market rent adjustments as needed (Sydney and Florida)
5. Updating existing rental property website for portfolio
6. Researching tax strategies for investment portfolio and assess current effectiveness of investment strategy and make recommendations for improvement and savings – NSW and Florida
7. Streamlining portfolio administration and reporting – for Florida and NSW
