Description of the company: The company has been an European leader in the engineering and technology consultancy field for over 20 years. They offer consultancy on various sectors from automotive to telecommunications.
Tasks and responsibilities of the intern:
- Work in the recruitment department
- Work closely with Business Managers to define required profiles
- Establishment and publicatin of job offers
- Look for potential candidates through job boards, social networks or other
- Identify and pre-select candidates on the phone
- Schedule interviews with Business Managers
- Manage the follow-up of candidates
- Report to the Senior Management and Core Business
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
- Good level of English (oral and written)
- Experience or degree in human resources, business or any relevant field
- Interest for the industrial sector or the enginering sector woukd be an asset
- Good organisational skills
- Good keyboard skills
- Have sales skills
- Strong customer service
- Be dynamic and curious
- Be able to work in team
