Présentation de l'entreprise
Mission proposée
One of the key roles of the HR Coordinator is intern management. Maintaining sufficient manpower is crucial to EduCARE’s success, thus the HR Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a consistent flow of interns by completion of various tasks: publishing internship postings, communicating with prospective interns (and later allocating them to appropriate projects and locations), preparing visa documents, and organizing travel logistics. A further duty is delivering a standardized induction and orientation to each intern upon their arrival.
The HR Coordinator also acts as the Experience Manager for all current interns. The Coordinator should be an approachable and professional individual, with whom interns can discuss issues that arise during their time at EduCARE. Although some of these conversations will remain confidential, the HR Coordinator is ideally placed to report back to the Director, Assistant Director, and other Coordinators about on-going problems. EduCARE prides itself on the innovative freedom it allows even short-term interns to implement change; the HR Coordinator has the opportunity to not only hone their HR skills in a unique working environment, but also to make substantial and long-lasting improvements to a grassroots organization which will go on to help hundreds of individuals.
