Description of the company:
The company sells and rents audio visual products and services to the corporate, conference, concert and professional music industries. Thanks to its young and motivated team and its highly professional service, the enterprise has been providing its services and equipment for meetings, conferences, shows, exhibitions, concerts and music and entertainment events for years.
Responsibilities and Duties of the intern:
For this work placement, you will assist the company managers with the organization and running of the events. In order to do so, you will:
- Understand the needs of the clients and help your manager provide them with the best audiovisual solutions
- Help organize the schedules and coordinate the different subcontractors and employees working for the event
- Assist with the research of new partners and their selection according to the service they deliver and their prices
- Perform some marketing related duties
- Help handle inquiries made by current and potential clients and ensure events run smoothly
- Assist with day to day management of the office
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
- Flexible in order to work in a dynamic environment
- Good interpersonal skills and professional manner when talking to clients, suppliers, venues, etc.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- Good English communication skills
