Responsabilities:
- Coordinating and executing local community events
- Develop local detailed event proposals (incl. topics, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
- Liaise with sales and marketing teams to publicize and promote the event
- Propose ideas to improve the overall execution of events, based on learning
- Coordinate content, handle client queries and troubleshoot before and on the day of the costumer events
