The Company:
With over 20 years of experience, French-Property.com is the leading French real estate portal targeting English-speaking buyers.
Join a young bilingual English & French team and take part in the expansion of a dynamic family-run company.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
• Manage existing and new adverts :
- Maintain good quality of website adverts
- Develop long-term relationships with customers
- Implement a high touch customer service & analyse customer requirements
• Promote offers and provide advice to increase customer expenditure
• Telephone customer support in French & English
• Event assistant at The French Village @ A Place in the Sun Live exhibitions (London Olympia, Birmingham NEC & Manchester Central):
- Event sales - Research and canvass potential exhibitors and advertisers
- Event organisation & hosting duties
Working conditions:
French-Property.com is based in Southend-On-Sea, a sea-side town with over 190,000 inhabitants located less than an hour by train from London. Excellent access to local airports (London Southend, London Stansted & London Gatwick) and London Eurostar terminal. Local accommodation
available for around £400 per month.
Duration: Minimum 4 months – 6 months preferred - We are looking for people throughout the year.
Remuneration: £100 per week
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

Profile required:
Autonomous, rigorous, motivated and hard-working.
Excellent communication skills & telephone manner.
French mother tongue & English working proficiency
BTS & DUT/Bachelor & Master degree/IAE/Business School/Gap year
