Mission proposée
Tasks and responsabilities : You will work closely to Sales Manager and the Conference Managers; also you will do reports to them. Flexibility is required, you will be able to work closely with colleagues from other departments.
KEY MISSIONS:
• Assist the Sales Manager on conferences and events
• Manage accomodations
• Exposed to the tourist attractions and products
• Manage transport and travel
• Create social programme
• Manage registration and abstract submission
• Create brochures, flyers, programmes
• Help and updateconference websites and databases
• Manage services as correspondence, issuing invoices, visa letters etc.
• Responsability for financial and credit control over conferences assigned
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
Skills requirements:
• Good level of English language both written and oral
• Good skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong team work and leadership skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Understanding the key markets and clients
• Being enrolled at a University or School (having an internship agreement)
