The company is in charge of many apartments all around the city of Barcelona. The company makes the difference by organizing personalized check-in to meet people to the flat they rent.

For this work placement, you will work with the customer care team in charge of reservations and advising clients.
Your main missions will be to :
- Be in charge of the reservations management (confirmations, changes, cancellations)
- Advise clients about their choices
- Be in charge of the customers requests
- Be in contact with customers via phone and email
- Meeting with clients
- Coordination with check-in area
- Elaboration of reports after reservations
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by your Manager or Director

Profil recherché et exigences du poste

- Intermediate level of English
- Intermediate level of Spanish
- Speaking a third language will be considered as an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in the tourism industry
