Fashion, start-up, challenges, creativity that is what working with Agaline is about. Agaline is a lingerie and nightwear brand created in 2014, with a strong French identity made for women living in India, as well as women looking for an exotic touch for their innerwear wardrobe. Lingerie and nightwear market is today booming in India, as opportunities are huge, Agaline wishes to become the leader in high-end lingerie in India and also develop its presence all around the world. With a first successful first collection launch, we are now working on the second collection to be launch in October 2015. To promote, develop and sell the products, we are looking for young and dynamic interns with a strong entrepreneur mindset to join us.
Key responsibilities
As a Start-up, Agaline will give you important responsibilities and freedom to be creative. We are looking for someone who wants to research and comes to us with new ideas every day.
Main responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s vision and strategy
• Sales planning, and discovering/creating business opportunities by contacting potential partners
• Help negotiate contracts and integrating contracts requirements with business operations
• Analyzing markets, competitors, assessing risks and opportunities
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events and publications
• Develop efficient marketing tools on and offline for foreign and local markets accordingly
• Build our website/e-shop in collaboration with the co-founders
• Take part to the communication strategy, creation of editorial content and social media content, look for new innovative ways of promoting the brand
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
Candidate
The candidate should be willing to work in a start-up, and thus has to be flexible, versatile and creative. An interest in Fashion is a plus. We are looking for someone who can relate to our community, who can communicate about the spirit of our brand and who can change minds about innerwear.
Good English level is necessary.
Experience in marketing, business or entrepreneurship or specialization in this field is required.
Along with key responsibilities, the intern will be associated to the day-to-day life of a start-up.
You will be interning with us for 6 months, starting January 2016. The full time position is based in New Delhi, India. You will be reporting directly to the founders.
