- Team Management (15 people) : plan and coordinate the house’s organization
- Organize staff planning and all daily tasks
- Organize house maintenance and logistic
- Communicate with everybody: the general manager of the house, the top management, the other managers and your staff for everybody to be aware of the right information
- Customer relationship
Community management
- Tripadvisor : Answer the customer reviews
- Facebook: Publish weekly post, create campaign etc.
Marketing
- Create action plans to reach our objectives
- Improve the customer satisfaction
Finance Management
- Analysis of the data collected on the management software
- Achievement of monthly budgets and establishment of objectives.
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
We are looking for candidates applying for an end of study internship or realizing an intercalated year. The candidate is from a Hotel/Tourism school or Business school.
Skills require:
- International profile – Experiences abroad are necessary
- Fluent English
- Leadership/Management skills
- Ability to adapt to a new environment
- Operational Marketing experience (Facebook campaign, Newletter etc.)
- Independent and responsible
- Customer relationship
