Mission proposée
IHP is looking for an intern to assist head manager with:
TASKS
- developing partnerships
- researching new listings
- coordinating visits
- planning check-ins
- meeting with clients
- coordinating maintenance calls
- Marketing, Brand Management & Research
- Content development, uploading new digital marketing, writing blog articles, web - SEO
- updating databases and files
- administrative duties
GOALS
-Improving English level
-Developing communication and marketing skills
-Discovering different aspects of the Real estate and property management in an American environment
-Adapting communication skills efficiently to an American and foreign audience
-Drafting and designing documents
-Developing skills in social medias by updating the Facebook, Instagram accounts, website content of the company
work hours:
Tuesday thru Saturday 11.30-7.30pm (lunch break)
compensation $200/month
option to make extra commissions over established goals only
J-1 sponsorship over 4 months only
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
- fluent in english and french
- good presentation (work/corporate outfit)
- Being proactive
- Anticipating problems and suggesting solutions when needed
- being able to interfere with clients and customer services relations (by email, by phone and in person)
