Mission proposée

In a challenging and exciting environment our trainee will fully work as a Recruitment consultant under the supervision of an experienced consultant and/or the MD of Timeo-Performance.
He/She will also contribute to Timeo-Performance marketing initiatives. The scope of work and the responsibility given to the trainee will depend on both the assignments with our clients during the period as well as on the trainee’s maturity, passion and involvement.
Among the expected areas of work:
- Recruitment/Head-Hunting : (80%)

o Provide and perform general administrative support to the recruitment team
o You will focus on: managing the job offer process, conducting Internet and data base searches, pre-screening and interviewing candidates then maintaining the candidates filing system and database.
o Generate a candidate pipeline through job boards, social networking and niche or industry websites
o Assist the recruitment manager in recruitment campaigns organisation
o Help increase Timeo-Performance visibility
o Out-of the box creativity thinking to find new recruitment tools and new business opportunities
- Consulting, Management and HR strategy: (20%)
o Participation to HR Strategic studies on the Regions
o Contribution to Management consulting operations (Management trainings, HR audits…)

Profil recherché et exigences du poste

- Business/Management School or University (last year internship would be appreciated)
- Major in Human Resources and/or Organization/IS
- Excellent level of English and French (with excellent writing skills)
- Strong interest for Management and HR challenges
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, persistent and detail oriented
- Strong organisational skills and time management with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and competing demands without compromising on quality
- Flexible, strongly customer and service minded and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong team spirit; respect of individuals
- Strong interpersonal skills (many interactions expected) and ability to adapt (flexible, ability to integrate easily in an international context)
- Entrepreneurship spirit (pro-activity, autonomy, creativity, resilience and rigour)
