Mission proposée

Your main responsibilities will be:
- You will autonomously steer answers to Request For Proposals together with the sales person responsible; i.e. you will
coordinate internal players, define retro planning, directly answer to standard questions, produce final answer and prepare
oral presentations and due diligences.
- You are also expected to contribute to continuous process improvement, re. market watch, standard content richness,
format (e.g. use of digital tools), as well as to transversal RFP activity monitoring.
- Jointly with and upon guidance from the sales team, help strengthen, coordinate and monitor SGSS coverage toward
Key Clients and Prospects:
- You will monitor the commercial activity, i.e. produce and analyse key indicators (client meetings, NBI, pipeline, etc.) that
will be circulated to the commercial teams, Coverage Department management, and SGSS executive management.

Your environment

You will be joining the Finance division of Global Banking & Investors Solutions (GBIS), one of the three pillars of SG that brings together Corporate and Investment Banking activities, Private Banking activities, Asset Management and Investor Services.

In particular, you will join the team of Securities Services (SGSS). Established in 28 locations worldwide with around 4.000 employees, SGSS provides a full range of securities services that are adapted to the latest financial markets and regulatory trend. SGSS Frankfurt offers settlement, custody and trustee services to German and International Funds and Institutional clients.

As VIE (M/F) you will be part of SGSS’ local Sales and Relationship Management team. Based in Frankfurt/Main, you are the local representative for SGSS Germany coordinating actions between KVG´s Team (based in Munich), Sales and RM (in Frankfurt) and Sales Facilitation (in Paris). This transversal function will also keep you in touch with other SGSS Sales Facilitation representatives in France, UK, Luxembourg and Italy.

Profil recherché et exigences du poste

This VIE in Frankfurt am Main is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application
date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the

Graduate from Engineering school, Business School or University with a master degree in Finance, Business
Administration.
A previous work experience gained through internships ideally in sales, customer relationship and respective CRM / IT
platforms, and/or project management is desireable.
You are fluent in both, German and English.
