Dealing with group enquiries, requests, rooming lists, food orders, function sheets
Dealing with conference, wedding and event enquiries
Processing daily arrivals for payments and looking after ‘Le Club’ members requests and upgrades
Proactive sales blitzing and marketing in terms of promotions and corporate/commercial sales visits
Social Media marketing, designing and promotions
