Your role would be to insure the quality of the office environment while keeping the office management up to date with a constant re assessment of the processes efficiency
• Office supply management
• Staff holiday’s management, request and calendar updating
• Travel organisation with cost control analysis
• Receptionist, meeting room management and telephone answering
• Mail, courier and taxi supervision
• Bills checking and payment preparation
• Inter account company bank transfer management.
