Mission proposée
• Provide accurate information to all enquirers by telephone, email and in person
• Deal with clients over the phone and by email / Lead Generation
• Perform general administration duties including; emailing, managing data on Google Docs, Excel spreadsheets, downloading and uploading of video files and word documents
• Assisting in the day to day operations of the business
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
• Provide support to their clients that include telephone calls to book video shoots and email communications
• Attend video shoots and assist in the film-making process.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to adapt to changing situations, respond to multiple demands and manage time effectively
• Capacity for effective problem solving, initiative, excellent organisational skills
• be highly organised, enthusiastic, articulate and with good telephone manner
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Excel,Word)
• Reliable and hardworking
• A keen interest in video production or online media business
