Mission proposée

The Mechanical Engineer trainee is expected to use engineering principles in order to develop the design processes and manufacture of machines. He will work on all stages of machine building; from research and development to design and manufacture through the installation and final commissioning. The Mechanical engineer Trainee will also be involve in the management of people and resources, as well as the development and use of new materials and technologies at Beico.

Typical work activities
The mechanical engineer trainee will work on a project from the initial brief, through the design and development stage, to the testing of prototypes, right through to final manufacture and implementation.
The management trainee will mainly be responsible for:
1. Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and throughput.
2. Developing, testing and evaluating theoretical designs.
3. Discussing and solving complex problem with manufacturing departments, subcontractors, suppliers and customers.
4. Making sure a product can be reproduced reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
5. Planning and designing new production processes.
6. Producing details of specifications and outline designs.
7. Recommending modifications following prototype test results.
8. Using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modeling and computer-aided design.
9. Considering the implementations of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints;
10. Monitoring and commissioning plant and systems.

Location: Nashik, Silvassa or Surat – India

Profil recherché et exigences du poste

We are looking for an outgoing, independent, trustworthy, rigorous and open minded candidates which is eager to develop it skills in an international and a challenging environment.
Very good verbal and written skills in English are a must.
Very good command of Microsoft Pack Office and a first experience with SAP tools would be better.
A first experience in India or in Asia will be strongly appreciate but not compulsory.
