M & A ANALYST

In the framework of the company's growth, we are looking for a new talent in our Development Direction team. As an M&A Analyst., you will be working closely with the Strategic Partnership Manager. You will be coached to quickly get responsibilities at group level, and have in charge:

Provide financial, analytical, and strategic support for evaluating potential M&A candidates and joint venture partners.
Develop detailed financial models for potential transactions.
Assist Corporate Development and company management in due diligence process.
Prepare presentations for senior management.
Prepare strategic analyses and recommendations to help develop long-term divisional strategy and evaluate new business initiatives.
Perform industry research and analysis.
Prepare business plans and industry overviews in conjunction with divisional management.
Assess industry trends and competitive dynamics.

You are….

Currently in your final year studying for a Master in Corporate Finance.
Fluent in English & French
Prior experience in investment funds or Venture Capital would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation principles.
Commercial mind-set and ability to take ownership of projects are required.
