There is currently an opportunity for a Commercial Intern to join our dynamic, fast paced commercial team to assist both the Commercial and Customer Development teams for a 6 month internship starting in January. The role involves a lot of reporting, consolidation and data analysis
Functions and Responsibilities:
Customer Development
* Collect the data from the retailers and update the monthly sell out & VMS reports
* Send the monthly results to the distributors
* Update monthly and quarterly the VMS by pillar report
* Update the retailers’ agreement files on a monthly basis
* Update the commercial meeting presentation on a quarterly basis
* 'Update the P&L by retailer on a quarterly basis
Area Manager
* 'Collect the country files and the demand plan from the distributors
* 'Consolidate Export and Wholesale report monthly (Masterfile)
* 'Consolidate the mix of sales report for HQ
* 'Update the correlation sell in / sell out file to identify the discrepancies and act accordingly
* 'Collect and consolidate the Grey Market SKUs for HQ
* Update the commercial meeting presentation on a quarterly basis
Work on ad hoc project when requested

Profil recherché et exigences du poste
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is someone who holds a degree in business or similar field with commercial interest, advanced in Excel as the role involves updating and generating new reports.
We are looking for someone who is highly proactive and organized with strong analytical skills and can interact and work confidently and autonomously.
