.Our collaborator is a Hotel chain of 3 and 4 stars Hotels that combines luxury with comfort and excellent service. They are located in the most beautiful and important coasts of the Spanish peninsula and their facilities and luxury services make them unique and special!
Working as a receptionist will make you the first person of the establishment that the customer will truly interact with. This role is very important to ensure the overall enjoyment of the customers’ stay and the goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued.

Tasks:
- Management of tourist information in several languages.
- Reception management.
- Checking guests in and out.
- International phone reception.
- Services and schedule customers information.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of French is considered as a plus.
- Minimum 3 months including July and August.
- Studies related to Hospitality, Tourism or Languages.
Remuneration:
- 300 euros per month.
- Shared accommodation (mix gender).

Profil recherché et exigences du poste
Our collaborator is a subsidary that takes part in the sale of products for window decoration, such as bars, rails, etc based in Granollers, Barcelona. They are looking for a marketing intern that speaks fluent French who will provide support for the development and maintenance of the French websites, as well as support for the E-commerce department.
Analyisis and continuous improvement of the web- proposals, monitoring.
Competitor web analysis.
User experience analysis (UX)
Web SEO management and development- Copywriting
Web ATC follow up- Telephone, Mails, Chatbo

SEM and social media campaign support (COMM MANG)

Language: French Native, English at least B2
Monday to Friday, from 7:00h to 15:00h.
Hybrid presence model: 2 face-to-face days / 3 teleworking days
During the days in office, the time needed to reach the office will be discounted from the working schedule
Immediate incorporation and a minimum duration of 6 months.
Remuneration- €350/ month
Internship hours- 40 hours/week (36-37h considering the time to reach the office)
