Prototype procurement project coordination alterner

Description :

- The positions are focused on international procurement in close cooperation with Product Development, Volvo Powertrain and Aftermarket, in accordance with Volvo 3P Processes.

- You will be responsible for prototype procurement on a continental Project in Europe to deliver our customers, Volvo Powertrain.

- You contribute to engines’ production by managing the working relationship with our suppliers; solving issues regarding quality and delivery

- Perform the activities required for optimizing prototype procurement such as search for opportunities to improve the deliveries and take action to implement them.

- Support Product Development and product modifications in the assigned Projects.

- Update files and procurement databases for the project defined by using tools and processes available in VOLVO 3P, excel skills required

- Work in accordance with the Volvo 3P processes, the Volvo Way and the Volvo 3P values and behaviours

- The positions will report to the Prototype Purchasing Procurement Managers moreover you will be helped and guided in your tasks by Prototype Purchasing Procurement Project coordinator

- For the right candidates, this would be a valuable experience in project coordination
