Mission proposée
The intern will be in charge of the yearly customer satisfaction survey, with the objective of bringing the widest range of results and a deep analysis of the results.
The intern will also have to implement a specific module on the website, the E-Product Database, to make a significant improvement of the website content. Moreover, the intern will have in charge the regular updation of the website.
Other missions will be given to support the marketing activity in its various aspects: communication, market surveys, follow-up of the communication.
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
The internship requires fluent English and good interpersonal skills, as the contact with customers will be on a daily basis. Furthermore, skills in web-designing will be appreciated.
The internship will require good organizational skills to follow-up the customer satisfaction survey and to manage the two missions during the same time.
