The S-W-E-P office is located on the island Tenerife. We are organizing exclusive hotel internships on the Canary Islands, Spain, Mallorca, Ibiza, Malta, the Greek Islands and Costa Rica.
Mission proposée
Hotel Internship in the Reservation Department on Gran Canaria (m/f/d)
• You will work 40 hours a week with 2 days off
• Free board and accommodation are provided by the hotel
• You will receive a remuneration of € 180 per month
• Internship period: minimum 2 months
• Start of your internship abroad: from now on or later
Your Tasks
• Processing of single or group reservations with the hotel’s booking system
• Implementation of reservation checks, statistics on the occupancy rate of the hotel
• Preparation of correspondence and translations in English and Spanish
• Contact with customers by phone and answering inquiries
• Price calculations of groups, seasonal and invoicing
Profil recherché et exigences du poste
Your Profile
• Student/Trainee in Tourism, Hotel Management, Foreign Languages, Communication,
Business, Office Management, etc.
• Open-minded, self-confident, communicative, detail-oriented
• You are in a good mood and you like to work in a team
• English skills are required, further foreign languages are beneficial
